Remarks

A listener sees nothing until it registers the meter. OpenTelemetry hosts call AddMeter("Nyra") on their provider and dotnet-counters takes --counters Nyra.

Every gauge carries a node tag and an endpoint tag (ws(s)://host:port), one series per node. The server-side gauges come from the node's stats reports, so a node that has not reported yet only has its connectivity gauge.
