Common = 0

The cause is known and expected.

Fault = 2

The failure is the server's own, or the cause cannot be determined.

Suspicious = 1

Possibly caused by outside factors, such as an unexpected upstream response.

Unknown = 3

A severity the library does not know, reported by a newer server.
